Judith Tabler writes books on animals and has received awards from the Dog Writer’s Association of America, her most recent publication being the 2016 Foxhunting with Meadow Brook. Other publications include Skye Terrier: A Complete and Reliable Handbook and Rat Terrier (Breed Lover's Guide), amongst several more. She has written for DOG FANCY, Bark, Kennel Review, AKC Gazette, Middleburg Life, and the National Geographic Society’s education department. Judith holds an M.F.A. in creative writing and teaches at a local university.
