SUSANA H. CASE is the author of six books of poetry, most recently the erasure book, Erasure, Syria (Recto y Verso Editions, 2018). Other collections include Drugstore Blue (Five Oaks Press, 2017) and four chapbooks, two of which won poetry prizes. Her first collection, The Scottish Café (Slapering Hol Press, 2002) was re-released in a bilingual English/Polish version, Kawiarnia Szkocka (Opole University Press, 2010), in Poland. Her work has appeared in Calyx, The Cortland Review, Portland Review, Potomac Review, Rattle, RHINO, and many other journals. Case is a Professor and Program Coordinator at the New York Institute of Technology in New York City, where she lives.
MARGO TAFT STEVER’s collections include Cracked Piano (CavanKerry Press, 2019), The Lunatic Ball (Kattywompus Press, 2015), The Hudson Line (Main Street Rag, 2012), Frozen Spring (Mid-List Press First Series Award, 2002), and Reading the Night Sky (Riverstone Poetry Chapbook Competition, 1996). She co-authored Looking East: William Howard Taft and the 1905 U.S. Diplomatic Mission to China (Zhejiang University Press, 2012, and Orange Frazier Press, 2015). Her poems, essays, and reviews appear in journals and anthologies, including Prairie Schooner, Connecticut Review, upstreet, and Salamander. She founded the Hudson Valley Writers Center, and is founding and co-editor of Slapering Hol Press. She lives in Sleepy Hollow, NY.
