Patrick Ross

Patrick Ross is an award-winning journalist, creative writer, and blogger. He has been a professional writer for nearly 25 years, winning nine journalism awards, and has been published in newspapers and magazines such as The New York Times, The San Jose Mercury News, The New Republic, U.S. News and World Report. His personal essays have been published in literary journals such as Barely South Review, Clamp, and Shaking Like a Mountain, and his essay "September 12th" won the 2012 Sidney W. Vernick Award in Nonfiction from fwriction:review. His blog The Artist's Road was named a Top Ten Blog for Writing for 2011-2012, and he first began blogging in 1994, before the label "blog" existed.
