At our Fall Open House we’ll unveil our renovated Jane Fox Reading Room, provide demonstrations of the new Writer.org, showcase our new collection of artwork by area artists, and offer one-on-one "speed-dating" sessions with our workshop leaders. At the Open House we'll provide a live tutorial for those who would like to learn more about the new Writer.org. As always, we will be doing a raffle at the Open House—the prizes we'll announce at the event.


Yellow Barn Studio Exhibition
at Open House

Owing to the hard work and dedication of Writer's Center board member Joram Piatigorsky, The Writer's Center will unveil a brand new look at this fall's Open House. Thanks to Joram and Walt Bartman, Founder and Director of Yellow Barn, more than 20 paintings by Yellow Barn instructors will now be hung throughout our Bethesda location. You can enjoy these paintings while sitting in your next workshop.
